Richard Cruz has been with the Ahimsa Collective since 2018. He is native and his relations are through his mother (Georgia) Assiniboine and Arapaho. He also has an American college education and has earned Certifications as a Substance Abuse Treatment Counselor and Communications Technician. He currently holds a position as the Co-Executive Director. He believes in celebrating our differences, new experiences and healing our communities and history. He was born and now lives in the Bay Area of California.
Shawn Young, a native of Schenectady, is a co-founder of the All Of Us Community Action Group, a grassroots organization dedicated to achieving liberation and ending all forms of oppression. As the Upstate Re-entry and Capital Region Initiatives Project Lead for Bard Prison Initiative (BPI), a program of Bard College, Shawn spearheads efforts to provide educational opportunities to incarcerated individuals and support their transition back into the community. In 2019, Shawn earned his degree from Bard College. Presently, he leads the development of an innovative reentry housing initiative named Freedom is a Must (FiAM) in the Capital Region. With extensive experience in community organizing, activism, and advocacy, Shawn has spearheaded civil actions, facilitated community discussions, and mentored emerging leaders throughout New York State.
Kiki Dunston is a strategic visionary and a dedicated advocate for justice-impacted individuals, committed to transforming systems and creating opportunities for those affected by the criminal legal system. With a deep understanding of systemic challenges and an innovative approach to problem-solving, Kiki has spearheaded numerous initiatives that provide support, resources, and pathways to reintegration for formerly incarcerated individuals. Her work has been instrumental in driving policy changes, fostering community partnerships, and raising awareness about the unique struggles faced by justice-impacted populations. Kiki's unwavering dedication to social equity and their ability to inspire and lead others make them a powerful force for positive change in the pursuit of a more just and inclusive society.

Siri Rishi Kaur is a Kundalini High Priestess. This Avant-Garde Yogini is the founder of TEMPLE143 an online and in person boutique studio based in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. Siri Rishi has been teaching Kundalini Yoga globally for over 20 years.She’s the founder of Kundalini Raj a 220-hour Certified Kundalini Yoga Life Course Teacher Training. Caleb Shreve is Executive Director of the Global Fairness Initiative (GFI), an organization committed to creating more just and equitable economic and labor conditions working poor communities around the world. Before joining GFI, Caleb was founder of Tidewater, an initiative supporting the growth and impact of NGOs and foundations on the forefront of international development. During his 6 years at Tidewater, Caleb worked with clients around the globe on initiatives to help vulnerable communities gain access to essential services, knowledge and financing. Prior to Tidewater, Caleb served on the White House staff of former President William J. Clinton and on the leadership team of New York University's Wagner School of Public Service. He has also held senior positions with the Corporation for National Service, the International Broadcasting Bureau and the Democratic Presidential Campaigns of Senator John Kerry and Barack Obama. A native of Washington, DC, Caleb attended the University of Pennsylvania and the College of Wooster and received his degrees in English Literature and Political Science.
